01 / What is public
The career record, source links, evidence labels, and SPINNER’s public record answers are intended for inspection. They are not a hidden résumé database, a background-check service, or an instruction to make decisions about a person.
Career Proof keeps company context, personal attribution, and open evidence gaps separate. A public source describing an organization does not automatically establish Jarrett’s personal contribution.
02 / Contact requests
When secure contact is available, the form asks for a name, email address, optional organization, selected topic, and message. Submission requires consent and is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting before Resend delivers it to a private email inbox.
Contact submissions are never automatically published on this portfolio. Do not send passwords, access keys, government identifiers, or confidential client material. A browser tab retains only a random submission identifier while a request is being accepted; it does not retain the submitted message fields.
03 / SPINNER and voice
SPINNER is the native Career Proof agent. In the public POC it is constrained to the published record: it can read, cite, and return a receipt for public evidence, but cannot contact people, launch outreach, change the profile, or take an external action.
The current release is text-first. Voice remains disabled until its provider configuration, privacy disclosure, accessibility behavior, and release checks are verified. If voice is released, microphone access will remain opt-in and the page will disclose provider processing before audio begins. This site does not persist raw voice audio or a session transcript after the visitor leaves the page.
04 / Questions and corrections
Use the contact page to request a correction to the public record or to ask about a contact submission. Select “Portfolio correction” when the issue concerns published evidence. If the secure contact channel is unavailable, use the listed LinkedIn route instead.
This notice is limited to Jarrett J. Risher’s public Career Proof POC. The separate LOCALE by ACHIEVEMOR commercial platform has its own customer onboarding, account, billing, provider-key, and policy requirements.
