Five passes from résumé to case record
- Normalize the career record. Preserve date, title, and entity conflicts instead of smoothing them away.
- Research the market moment. Use company, government, archive, and partner sources to establish what the organization was doing.
- Separate attribution. Company activity remains context unless a source connects it directly to Jarrett.
- Grade the claim. Reported roles and outcomes are labeled; unsupported quantitative or causation claims are held; exact credential wording is preserved.
- Apply the release gate. Sensitive clients, source files, identifiers, and unapproved records stay outside the public build.

Corrections
This is a living professional record. If a source is incomplete, a date conflicts, or a claim needs correction, the public copy should become more precise—not more defensive.
