The Architect frames the business problem, establishes decision paths, and gives the operating system a coherent shape before implementation begins. The role carries responsibility for whether the resulting work can be understood, used, and handed over—not simply whether it can be described.

It holds the connection between business intent, operating design, implementation reality, and handoff. The career evidence record shows where that pattern is supported, reported, or still open for evidence.

This public record names one human operating identity: The Hybrid Business Architect. An owner-held 2017 working-model presentation, titled The Hybrid Business Manager, preserves the earlier multi-function approach: diagnose a need, work alongside a team, transfer capability, check proficiency, and leave the organization able to carry the work forward.

Private product implementation is kept outside this public career record. Any future agent deployment must have a declared mission, bounded data and tool access, a named human approver, verifiable outputs, and an audit trail before it can act beyond research or drafting.

The Forward Deployed Agentic Engineer applies that Architect stance to bounded AI-enabled missions: discover the real constraint, assemble appropriate agents and tools, prove the result, and leave a usable handoff. It does not imply autonomous activity without an authorized mission and human approval.
